Submitting a request through our intake form does not guarantee a specific arrival time. Estimated windows and ETAs are best-effort and may change based on technician availability.

SMS messaging program

If you check the SMS opt-in box on our intake form, Desert Ice will send you text messages about your service ticket — including confirmation, technician assignment, and live ETA updates.

• Message frequency varies depending on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS updates. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
