SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to SMS updates on our intake form, we will send you text messages related to your service ticket — for example, technician assignment, arrival ETA, and status changes. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS updates at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive service — we will simply follow up by phone or email instead.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to send you updates about your own service request.
